FedEx Home Delivery
PRICE: FREE for orders of $50 or more; $6.00 for orders under $50. Product will be delivered approximately 3-8 days after the order has been completed.
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 4 pm CT will be shipped from our Distribution Center that same day and tracking information will be provided.
FedEx 2nd Day
PRICE: $15 for all orders. Product will be delivered in 2 business days.
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be delivered within 48 hours.
FedEx Standard Overnight
PRICE: $25 for all orders
DELIVERY: All orders placed before 2 pm CT will be delivered within 24 hours.
SECURE PAYMENT
You can pay for your purchases by credit card on Suunto Webshop: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is secured with our partner Cybersource. Check Cybersource's website for more details.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We will offer a refund on your items (including shipping costs). The items must be returned in full within the stated times. They must not have been used and must be in their original packaging. The return form must be enclosed in the package.
Simply fill in the Return form in accordance with the instructions contained in the procedure and add it to your package. The return form instructions are located on the backside of your pack slip included with your shipment. You can also download the Return form and instructions. Your shipping will only be paid for by Suunto if you use the pre-printed return label provided on your shipment pack slip.

YOUR SUUNTO WEBSHOP ACCOUNT
You must sign up and create a personal account in order to buy products from our Webshop. You can create this account at any time during your visit or when you confirm your order. Furthermore, creating an account with our Webshop will allow you to place your orders more quickly, have several delivery addresses, view and track your orders, and change and update your personal data for future purchases.
If you lose your password to your webshop account, you can reset it by clicking on the "Forgotten password" link.
NOTE! The account created for using the Webshop and its functionalities is, unfortunately, not compatible, at the moment, with the other services offered by Suunto (for example, Movescount.com).
